A world without government, how much nicer would everyone be? I have the perfect example. When you were young, did you want to help your parents (the ones who govern) bring in the groceries? No. When at a friends house you would do everything an beyond to help out, because you weren't told to. Human's best interest is to help one another, we were created or naturally selected to do so (I don't give a fuck if you are a creationist or other) and that is the way it should and will be.
